Weconnect.business E-courses & Online Business Support

1. General
1.1 These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: "Terms") apply to all services, products, e-courses, coaching, and agreements offered by Weconnect.business (hereinafter: "We" or "Weconnect.business"), based in Heusden, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 51601818.
1.2 By using our website, services, e-courses, or business support, you agree to these Terms.
1.3 Weconnect.business reserves the right to modify these Terms. Changes will be published on our website and will take effect immediately upon publication.
2. Definitions
Client: A natural person or business using the services of Weconnect.business.
E-course: An online course, including all digital materials, videos, assignments, and guidance provided through our platform.
Online Business Support: Personal guidance, advice, and support in entrepreneurship, offered through online channels (e.g., video calls, email, or chat).
Platform: The website and digital environment of Weconnect.business, including all subdomains and applications.
3. Offer and Agreement
3.1 Our services and e-courses are offered on our website and other communication channels. We use third-party platforms for hosting e-courses.
3.2 An agreement is concluded when the Client places an order and we confirm it via email or our platform.
3.3 Weconnect.business reserves the right to refuse services without stating reasons.
4. Payment and Prices
4.1 Prices for e-courses and online business support are listed on our website and are exclusive of VAT, unless stated otherwise.
4.2 Payment must be made using the payment methods specified on our website. Payment is required before access to the e-course or online business support is granted.
4.3 In case of late payment, we are entitled to charge interest according to the legal interest rate.
4.4 Refunds are only possible under the conditions specified in Article 7.
4.5 If payment is not made after the first reminder within the specified period, Weconnect.business is entitled to unilaterally terminate the subscription with immediate effect, without prejudice to the right to claim damages and the right to collect overdue payments and recover the corresponding collection costs from the Client.
4.6 Invoices and payment reminders are provided by Weconnect.business electronically only.
4.7 The amount to be collected by Weconnect.business is equal to the amount of the order placed by the Client.
5. Delivery and Access
5.1 After receiving payment, you will receive access to the e-course or online support via email or our platform.
5.2 Weconnect.business strives to provide access within 24 hours, but no guarantees can be given.
5.3 The Client is responsible for a working internet connection and suitable equipment to use the services.
5.4 The Client shall have access to the purchased e-courses for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified in the purchase agreement or on the product page.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 All content, including texts, images, videos, and materials in the e-courses and coaching, are the property of Weconnect.business and are protected by copyright.
6.2 The Client may only use the materials for personal use. Distribution, copying, or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.
7. Cancellation and Refund
7.1 E-courses:
Refunds are only possible within 14 days of purchase, provided the Client has not yet accessed the course materials.
After accessing the course materials, refunds are no longer possible.
7.2 Online Business Support:
Cancellation of an online business support session must be done at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations will be charged the full amount.
Refunds for personal support packages are not possible unless otherwise agreed.
7.3 Weconnect.business reserves the right to cancel or modify services in case of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, an appropriate solution will be offered, such as a replacement session or refund.
8. Liability
8.1 Weconnect.business is not liable for any damage resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including technical failures or interruptions.
8.2 Weconnect.business is not liable for the results achieved by the Client through our e-courses or online business support. Success depends on the Client’s effort and circumstances.
8.3 Our liability is in all cases limited to the amount the Client has paid for the relevant service.
9. Privacy
9.1 Weconnect.business processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Statement. By using our services, you agree to this processing.
10. Disputes and Applicable Law
10.1 Disputes between Weconnect.business and the Client will first be resolved through mutual consultation.
10.2 If no agreement is reached, Dutch law applies. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in 's-Hertogenbosch, Netherlands.
11. Miscellaneous Provisions
11.1 Weconnect.business reserves the right to deny access to clients who violate these Terms or abuse our services.
11.2 If any provision in these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, the rest of the Terms remains in full force.
