My expertise
Over the past 30 years, I've served as a governance consultant, account and project manager, and interim manager, overseeing large departments and mid-scale organisations, and establishing joint ventures.
I researched and published on how the personal beliefs and behaviour of board members affect their decision making. I practice breathing and energy work. I also obtained a coaching accreditation, based on C.G. Jung's analytical psychology (ODIN-ODC).
The insights and lessons learned, I integrate into the way I work. I look for the underlying issues, the ones that often go unnoticed, to enable real progress. And I keep sight of the person behind the professional, because that's often where the real shift happens.
Combined with your expertise and my practical skills and my network, we find the way forward, together.
