Your drivers and beliefs define your uniqueness.
Your drivers are often rooted in personal experiences, frustrations, external influences, and more. Your drivers spark something in you, they get you moving. They don't have to be grand or altruistic. They just need to be true to you.
Your beliefs are deeply held convictions and values that define the purpose of your business. They give your work meaning and direction. They are internal, often tied to your worldview, and guide how you work and grow.
Your energisers & energy drainers
Energisers are the activities, experiences, and moments when time seems to fly, when you feel most alive, and when your work doesn't just feel productive, it feels meaningful. When you design your business around what energises you, you create a foundation that supports your goals and aligns with your values and strengths.
But we're all human. We face obstacles, encounter people who drain our energy, and deal with tasks that seem to take forever. The problem is they pull you away from what actually gives you energy. We identify your energy drainers and develop strategies to deal with them.
Roadblocks
Sometimes roadblocks are caused by underlying beliefs or mental blocks that hold you back from getting where you want to go. You learn how to address and overcome them. When roadblocks are outside your control, you can now tap into your foundation for the creativity to work around them.
