The foundation of your business is formed by the Why, How, and What. The 3 layers of the Golden Circle of Simon Sinek.

Inspiring businesses communicate from the inside out, starting with why, then how, and finally what. That way you attract people who share your beliefs, trust you and stay loyal.

Why

The Why is about your purpose, your beliefs. It inspires, evokes emotions.

The decision to do business with you is made in a split second, often unknowingly. It’s biological. That’s why we connect Sinek’s model to the working of the brain.

How

The How is about your business model: the framework that defines how your company creates value for its customers with your activities.

When you design your business model around your beliefs and what energises you, you create a foundation that not only supports your goals but also aligns with your values and strengths.

What

While your Why and How inspire and differentiate, your What is the evidence of those beliefs in action. It’s the product or service itself. It’s what customers see, buy, or experience first.

Your product must align with how your actions or offerings embody your purpose and values (your Why) to create authenticity and trust.
